Trainer-led Mentored eLearning Program

This is a blended self-study course using classroom presentation material with an ITIL Expert certified Trainer. One of our Trainers is assigned to you as your dedicated Mentor. The Mentor is responsible for answering yours questions and to ensure that you are prepared to successfully pass the Certification Exam using our evaluation tools.

What Mentored eLearning is NOT

• NOT a pre-recorded video of an instructor reading the slides to you
• NOT a BLOG where you submit questions and wait for an email response
• NOT on a website
• NOT connected to the Internet
• NO expiry date
